Senator Blackburn, as your constituent, I strongly disagree with your portrayal of the border. No one wants open borders. The facts are border crossings are 1/3 what they were in 2000, and most illegals are persons who enter legally, then overstay their visas. End the propaganda

The nonessential are what’s closed. For instance I’m still going to work this weekend and all I do is fix helicopters that only lift off to keep people in practice. It’s not as bad as the media is saying. Put it in purspective, it’s those with to many assistance.

I hear quite a bit about using discretionary funds. If the money’s there, use it and end this partial shutdown. When airline and food safety and workers go unpaid, POTUS needs to step up and be the bigger person.
