The Obama administration's Waters of the US (WOTUS) rule threatens Tennessee farmers & ranchers with unnecessary, burdensome regulations. Another example of unconstitutional gov't overreach. Yesterday, I signed a letter asking Farm Bill conferees to #repealWOTUS once and for all.pic.twitter.com/2rMOFIkxhP

Further, @MarshaBlackburn, you claim the rule is unconstitutional. If so, wouldn't impacted parties have pursued relief in the courts? And what language in the constitution is violated? Be specific. cc: @axidentaliberal @PhilBredesen

Clean water is important to your constituents and the WOTUS has years of input and development from all parties so it would be fair and effective...but let’s not let facts get in the way.

American communities want access to clean drinking water. But you prefer access to campaign money from industrial polluters. This is precisely why you should not represent us in the House, let alone the Senate.

Wouldn't clean, fresh water help farmers grow healthier crops? Allowing for more food to be grown and less pollutants in the crops, animals, and people eating those crops? I guess you buy organic which is more expensive and uses clean water when being grown.

What kind of moron are you? What good is it going to be if we lift regulations on farmers so they are free to pollute our air and waterways? It would only serve to slowly kill us all. Bunch of morons.

By your reasoning we would have all been already dead then. The clean water act has only been around for a few yrs. Did we not have clean water before it? It seems like a unnecessary regulation.
