You should be so proud of your associates. I just returned from Italy when everything automatically closed down. The management and staff at the St. Regis in Rome and Florence took such excellent care of us. We will return to both properties as soon as it is possible.

Hi Mr Sorenson, I had a house fire in early January, my son & I have been staying at your Clifton Park/Albany Residence Inn (Halfmoon, NY) ever since and I can’t tell you how welcoming, warm and caring your staff has been, even though these extremely difficult times of covid-19.
