    Many of those who litter are illiterate.

    Kabul Municipality put up air pollution billboards telling people not to burn coal or plastic/rubber. Again, they show how out of touch they are. Poor ppl know burning those things is bad, can’t afford wood + there still isn’t 24hr electricity. Don’t blame the poor, fix the power

    More than a dozen teachers in this meeting (in Logar) and not one woman. In November, gunmen were seen shutting down girls’ schools in Pol-e Alam (the capital) and Mohammad Agha (district closest to Kabul).
