        @MarketUrbanism new ones are being in France ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trams_in_France … ) among other places. They're called "trams" in Europe.

        @CLEstreetcar Many cities in France are building new core networks; none afaik are making them primarily mixed-traffic
