This seems bare bones at best; where are the teeth for enforcement? Where are investigative and responsive measures when interference is found? This is a serious matter and deserves a serious and aggressive response!

Weak. Very weak. DHS should work with vendors . . Ha! To vendors, who can control & sell outcomes, weakness is a feature, not a flaw. What vendor, engineer or 3rd party tech controlling a tally should be entrusted with one person, one vote? Not a one.

Why don’t you submit your opinion to him he seems like a pretty open guy?

This committee has had access to excellent investigative work and has chosen to support the industry whose smoke and mirrors and outright deceit about vulnerability brought us to this juncture. They do not lack information. They lack a spine for upright work under R leadership.

I have some thoughts (and technology) that can help address a common gap, namely operational security of campaign communications. See more details in my Medium articles and slides I presented yesterday in Seattle. https://medium.com/@dave.dittrich/securing-the-2020-election-process-part-2-962ed2aff69e … https://staff.washington.edu/dittrich/talks/d2-securing-election-20180319-TA3M.pdf …
