What the President proposed today isn’t a real infrastructure plan. It is simply designed to let the President take credit for investments while sticking states and localities with the bill.

Think of it this way-it's an investment opportunity for Mr. and Mrs. McConnell. I'm sure the Secretary of Transportations father will welcome the opportunity to further expand his shipping fortunes.

I agree with everything you said.
#Trump keeps talking about improving the infrastructure in the U.S. which seems to be just a "false advertisement" to boost is ego. He's putting this country in "more" debt like his businesses.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

We all know this president is a nightmare and should be impeached, but isn't there ever any good news from anywhere?

On the backs of others. Or it doesn’t matter. Just saying he has a plan is enough for some even if not true.

It's a shame, sad! Why, even when blatant nonsensical lies, some are defending! Big things,

Very interesting comments Senator.... Considering you and the Obama administration sent nearly $30 Billion of our tax payer money to Iran. For what? So they could spend it on terrorism? Rebuilding their own country? You realize their leaders hate America don’t you?
-
That’s not even kind of true. The sanctions ended...and sanctions mean it was their money to begin with, it didn’t cost us anything
-
Yeah.....really smart move by the previous administration! Shouldn’t have ended sanctions....it was almost a joke to end it. They never even abided by the sanctions....they played Obama for a fool....and it worked.
-
The purpose of the sanctions was to help negotiate and end to their nuclear weapons program. Seems like a good deal for ushttps://www.theatlantic.com/international/archive/2017/07/iran-nuclear-deal-two-years/533556/ …
-
That proves my point, Iran is not violating the terms of the agreement. If they were, the Trump Administration could put the sanctions back on immediately, and force the other countries to as well. They aren’t doing that because they don’t have an actual case
-
If you actually believe your statement then the point of keeping this going is mute.
