The Senate Intelligence Committee will continue its bipartisan investigation, and we are going to follow the facts – wherever they lead – until we get to the truth.

We elect Congressmen NOT private investigators. You don't even understand "oversight". Your use of terms "paper trail" & "secret" meeting - is unacceptable! Others will take care of Rubio & Burr, but I get to vote against YOU!
#MAGA -
So you can do oversight without investigations??? In who's world?
-
Oversight of govt. agencies includes reviewing documents and compelling testimony, not playing spy with secret overseas meetings & gathering evidence w/o leaving a paper trail!
#TheRealWorld -
Why do all the right-wing, GOP members of the Senate committee -- who I'm sure are your allies -- disagree with you? Right-wingers, Rubio and Burr, know much better than you, so maybe you need to get better informed.
-
They disagree? They say they were informed & no impact. They did not say using a Russian to set up a secret mtg overseas with no paper trail was the right thing to do! You miss my point. Why do all libs resort to name calling?
#MAGA for you too -
My point is that you are personally determining what's right and wrong for committee members. You speak for them? You're on the committee, right? Either that or Rubio and Burr briefed you? Also, what "name calling" went on? America is worse for me, I can't speak for you.
-
You at least engage in civil discussion & I respect that!
-
I do think that we need to be civil while respecting everyone's 1st Amend. rights.

Credit where it's due: Burr is clearly taking his responsibilities far, far more seriously than Nunes. He is certainly not running an Trump defense operation like his House counterpart.
-
He won't attend any WH events either -- so he can keep himself walled off -- that is night and day to Nunes and his collaborating with Trump et al
-
Yup, that's very true. When all the other R Senators went to the WH, he didn't -- said it would not be appropriate while the investigation was ongoing. Warner has sometimes been frustrated with him, but he's leagues ahead of Nunes.
-

leagues ahead of what? -
I'm hardly denying that it's a low bar.
-
How exactly you think your tweet defends Trump is more of a mystery... since "leagues ahead of what" doesn't even make a point. But I'm used to Trump trolls ranting gibberish and thinking it's genius... much like your idol in the WH. And thanks for volunteering to be muted.

Instead of breathlessly releasing the text messages of FBI employees, maybe it's time to look at the texts of Nunes and Ron Johnson and their coordination with the WH.
-
I would include Grassley in the sweep as well

Why aren't the hearings public .. it's all bull$hit on the GOP's part .. Burr included ... we want to see the hearings .... stop doing everything behind closed doors
-
There are really good reasons for closed hearings. One would be to keep the guilty parties from seeing what was said and creating their story/lies around it. Not everything needs to be immediately transparent. This is not a court of public opinion.
