The Republican tax bill we’re voting on tonight is built on a foundation of broken promises. Some examples:

The bill will create American Jobs
The bill has major loopholes that will make it easier to ship American jobs overseas.https://www.theatlantic.com/business/archive/2017/12/tax-jobs-overseas/547916/ …Show this thread -
This is the biggest tax cut in U.S. history
It’s the fourth largest, behind @BarackObama’s 2012 extension of the Bush Tax cuts, the 2010 Obama tax cut, and the 1981 Reagan tax reform.http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/statements/2017/oct/26/donald-trump/donald-trump-wrong-his-tax-plan-biggest-cut-ever/ …Show this thread -
The President won’t personally benefit from this.

Tax cuts for the middle and lower income brackets makes sense. More
in their pockets = more people spending
More people spending = higher product and service demand
Higher product and service demand = more jobs and more
for businesses and upper income bracket. -
People in the middle and lower income bracket can’t spend it if they don’t have it. Business profits will increase if more people have the ability to buy products and services. So many people are doing without which is no help to the economy.
