You’re absolutely right about why not show evidence if the ex-president would be exonerated? Reminds me of DJT refusing to submit DNA in the E. Jean Carroll case.

I don’t know if it’s too late but some light needs to be shed on the senators, especially Ted Cruz, that met with the Trump defense team. Highly unethical behavior for U.S. senators.

how many times did the lawyers say that there wasn't enough investigating? Ask for witnesses do depositions bring the staff, police in for depositions bring a few WH staff? What would be their argument after saying not enough info on trumps response is known?
