America’s past economic success was closely tied to our ability to prepare workers for success over their lives and through multiple sectors. Unfortunately, over the past several decades, we have seen a shift in business norms that threatens to leave workers behind.

Too many CEOs may think their best asset are their people. However, they DON'T pay them that way. Many (Amazon, Walmart, etc) Don't pay a living wage, don't pay sick days, health insurance, etc. If the people are the best asset, treat them that way. Anything else is gaslighting

Degree inflation is worsened by automation making many tasks much easier than before. Today HS kid, on latest CAD, can draft and design at levels that used to require a degree only 10 yrs ago.
