- bar injunctive relief
- impair enforcement of civil rights laws
- bar wrongful death actions
- bar suits under the Alien Tort Claims Act

But it doesn't make a distinction between a large social media site and a personal blog, so you are going to have the 1% suing little blog operators because they can . misguided bill.
