With a lot going on in Congress, Sen. and I held another Facebook Live Town Hall to update you on COVID-19 relief in the Senate. Watch here:

It’s like you don’t even wanna keep control in 2022/2024...tuck that elephant tail back in, it’s showing 🐘 #NoMeansTesting
No means testing for Covid relief money. Do you know what it costs to live in northern virginia?
Hey Senators, a $50,000 cut off for means testing barely reduces the cost of the bill and leaves off people who really need help. Lots of people, especially women, have seen lost income since 2019. This plan will further devastate the middle class for no good reason.

We still don't all the businesses that got billions in covid relief. Tax free. Then they can write it off, even though they don't have to pay taxes on it.
But Tim Kaine is like.... hold your horses, we need means testing when it comes to our voters.

Lower threshold for stimulus check selectively hurts people who live where cost of living is higher

After using both platforms it is my opinion that Facebook is much more conductive to creating pure extreme right wing bubbles of posts than Twitter. Facebook needs to be shutdown for aiding sedition. The FB algorithm is set to suspend those who challenge extreme right posts.
I encourage you both to reconsider the phase out at $50K. It isn't based on people's current income. It's based on 2019. Circumstances were a lot different 2 years ago. Also, $50K in Los Angeles (where I live) is by no means wealthy.

We voted you guys back in because you promise $2k for everyone. Now people who live in high cost of living areas are going to be ignored. No one is where they were at 2 years ago.
