I’m continuing to hear from Virginians who recount unacceptable mail delivery delays, everything from mail-order medications to credit card bills. Americans depend on the , especially during the COVID-19 crsis.

Yes. Two weeks ago, we had a credit card bill arrive 5 days after the due-date. It had been sent 4 weeks earlier.

The USPS problems since DeJoy was made PG have hit small businesses--the engine of the US economy--really hard. Delays in deliveries, upset customers, lost business in an already difficult time.

As a Virginian, I'm wondering what your plan is to address this. Seems like getting rid of DeJoy would be an obvious first step. Are you working on that, sir? Thank you.

My niece in Baltimore mailed a Christmas card on Dec 15th and I got it on Jan 20 in Indiana, not quite 700 miles way. It's not in Virginia but you get the point.

Same problems here in PA, some utilities asking for online payment only as mail taking up to 21 days each way. Christmas cards from NY &NJ took over a month to get to SE PA!

I'm in DC and just got another holiday card sent before the end of December. I've had late bills delivered (yes I still use the mail to pay bills, 'cause I'm old school) for weeks. We could all use the help.

I know people that get bills delivered on the date they are due. Or even later. And the credit card companies won’t take off the late charges.
