It's simple, men and women working the same job should earn the same pay. On average, women still make 82¢ for every dollar men make— and the pay gap is even wider for women of color.

This has been debunked. If businesses could hire women at 82% the salary of men for same work, women would be 100% of the work force. Women drop out of the workforce to have children. They also do less dangerous work which pays higher. Keep gov't out of private hiring decisions.

If they start at the same time and have the same experience they make the same amount of $$. This has been a law since the 60s.
Now if gender is fluid, identify as a man.
If gender doesn't exist, the wage gap doesn't exist.
