We must redouble our efforts to build public confidence in our democratic process. Even as our attention turns to the real-world impacts of domestic-led disinformation campaigns, we cannot forget that our foreign adversaries have relied upon many of the same tactics.

Much of the false information spread about President-elect during and since his campaign had its roots in the entities that were sanctioned yesterday, as we saw Russian entities seed and amplify dangerous narratives that gained significant traction in far-right media.

All this while the Political Sphere was sprayed with Skunk Odour based on a hoax; and Gestapo type investigation headed by Muller. In my personal opinion whoever was part of that hoax has no “Public Trust”; but somehow Virginia seemed to validate the hoax.
