Correct: no one is above the law. That should include the president. Why is there even any question that he could not be prosecuted? He is not the king.

This is a great question! He’s not really the POTUS so he should be charged as if the election never happened. He’s a fraud. But no one has the balls to do their job and arrest these dickwads! It’s like someone said earlier about SCOTUS. It’s law until 5 justices say it’s not....
