Never forget how many of us are Americans because our ancestors came fleeing war, famine, religious persecution & other hardships. They believed America was where they could build a better life for their families. It will be a sad day when that’s no longer true. #WorldRefugeeDay

And did your ancestors illegally invade a foreign country, breaking their laws &expecting to be completely cared for (housing-food-clothing-education-job)? The sad day is when democrats expect Americans to support the whole world on our welfare system, instead of our own ppl.

Sorry; your comment doesn’t make sense. The situation in the early 1600’s was quite a bit different than it is today.

2 of Trump’s wives and his mother! His paternal grand-father, who made a fortune on the backs of prostituyes and from booze, was German (they didn’t want him back)

This is sick. It's the price of my mother-in-law's work as a slave while incarcerated in Belsen Nazi Concentration camp. The price. Small, but acknowledged.pic.twitter.com/C2ETwkLFPQ

My father-in-law was there too. Right after liberation when they turned the prison camps into hospitals to save the survivors, he went in to drive the petrol lorries from site to site. They're both gone now. I think he'd have much to say to current policy.

Good chance he did. My father-in-law was Geoffrey Gardner. I can't believe we're facing these same points of view today. I'll look for photos later tonight.

Senator Warner - my concern is for the young children already separated. If they are not going to be reunited with their family, my concern is for their future. Will they eventually face the same future as the dreamers?
