And did your ancestors illegally invade a foreign country, breaking their laws &expecting to be completely cared for (housing-food-clothing-education-job)? The sad day is when democrats expect Americans to support the whole world on our welfare system, instead of our own ppl.

If what the refugees are doing now is what your ancestors did it would have been better.pic.twitter.com/YfojXuGOvp

Sorry; your comment doesn’t make sense. The situation in the early 1600’s was quite a bit different than it is today.
-
Yup. And you’re obtuse.

2 of Trump’s wives and his mother! His paternal grand-father, who made a fortune on the backs of prostituyes and from booze, was German (they didn’t want him back)
-
Because he was a draft dodger. Something about "bone spurs", I think.

Senator, what are your thoughts on them now targeting naturalized citizens? This is an outrage!https://www.newyorker.com/news/our-columnists/in-america-naturalized-citizens-no-longer-have-an-assumption-of-permanence …

This is unconscionable.

This is sick. It's the price of my mother-in-law's work as a slave while incarcerated in Belsen Nazi Concentration camp. The price. Small, but acknowledged.pic.twitter.com/C2ETwkLFPQ

My father was a Belsen liberator FYI
-
My father-in-law was there too. Right after liberation when they turned the prison camps into hospitals to save the survivors, he went in to drive the petrol lorries from site to site. They're both gone now. I think he'd have much to say to current policy.
-
He might have known my father, Leonard Berney, who was Commander of the Belsen Displaced Person's Camp.
-
Good chance he did. My father-in-law was Geoffrey Gardner. I can't believe we're facing these same points of view today. I'll look for photos later tonight.

Unless your name is something like Blackbear Running Water you are an immigrant. We should not shame those coming here trying to make a better life for themselves.

It needs to be regulated. We want boarder security, not a sob story. We can let in who we want, and not support the worlds poor, who flee corrupt countries and won’t fix their own country

Senator Warner - my concern is for the young children already separated. If they are not going to be reunited with their family, my concern is for their future. Will they eventually face the same future as the dreamers?
