Why would Congress feel the need to alter work schedules? Why not 9 - 9 hour days with every other Friday off? Are companies and workers asking for this change? Will parents be able to find childcare for the extended hours they are working 4 days a week? So many questions...

Cool. Can’t wait to be asked to come in on a three day weekend as opposed to the regular two day one.
This would make it so you get an extra day of overtime pay.
Then companies would just cut you off at 31 hours a week instead if 39, so they don't have to pay benefits.
They already cut most people off at 29 to prevent them from qualifying for benefits.
