Some people would rather have a transgender child than a gay child, sometimes it's personal, sometimes it's cultural.

So the parents preference is the issue?

It's part of the whole. This child has been convinced he's a girl and is entitled to compete against other girls, that would require adult support, parents, therapists, coaches, legislators. Honestly don't get it.
