Why did Joe Kennedy have to speak to the Dreamers in Spanish? I thought they were indistinguishable from other Americans & speak English as well as anyone? (Except the ones who needed translators to fill out their DACA applications.)

You can tell there are places where they've dumped illegals. As past few years you can't go into a store in some places without 1/3 of the people in there running around speaking Spanish.
