@markruffalo If you outlawed guns (and the 2nd Amendment). People would still kill. It's not the gun that's the problem. It's the person.

@MaxRichalds 2nd, we cld use stricter guns laws and ppl to enforce the laws already in place to stop ppl who shouldn't have guns from buying
