If you want a reason for optimism, look at the ten driest Nov-Jan periods from 1931-1932 to 2016-2017 in Albuquerque, and then look at the totals for the following Junes. Super wet Junes are meaningfully over-represented in those 10 years v. the remaining 76. Fingers crossed!
