I was wondering if the rising sea levels might bring added moisture to New Mexico from the Pacific over time.

It’s a major national security concern. Sandia Labs has been operating an Arctic research station for the Department of Energy for several decades. The Artic is changing much faster than we expected. It is very worrying.
