Can you not read? You will be able to request a mail in ballot just like voting absentee. It also stated, vote in person IF it complies with the Governor's orders.

How is it life and death if in person voting complies with the Governor's orders? It's safer to vote absentee which is what will happen if the Governor's orders remain in place. It's a win for preventing voter fraud and public health. Did you even read the post?

Great news! Voting by mail like absentee so voter fraud isn't rampant and the ability to vote in person if the Governor's orders to shelter in place are lifted by then.
