Barickman starts out recounting times Democrats have said, "If we just raise this one tax this one more time," and "Just trust us, we'll solve all the state's problems." He says voters can't trust the statehouse with a "blank check to continue to spend recklessly."

To be clear, the ballot question already passed. It will be on the ballot. This process determines the language and how it will be presented on the ballot, and the pros and cons arguments that will be published on an informational pamphlet.
