The Waffling is maddening. Mandate vaccination proof like Excelsior Pass and, or masking indoors NOW. If INDOOR ESTABLISHMENTS (I.E., restaurants and health clubs) want to cater to people "mask-less", mandate proof of vaccination for ALL who enter. This is ridiculous.

Both the mayor and governor understand that telling vaccinated people they cannot meet each other, dine out, go to the office, go to the gym, etc (which is what the indoor mask recommendation implies) will not be popular
