After some pepper spray here and there, protesters resettled. Looks like troops were ultimately fixing fence, but crowd became tense at the time when it looked as though troops might be coming through

Protester on knees takes some pepper spray, then officer sprays another person moving down line. Then he sprays in the direction of a news crew right to my left. It all finishes with what I believe were a few more rubber bullets shots in crowd
