It’s amazing. I have a 30,000 foot view right now and I’m looking at a pandemic out of control *killing people* and the denialists just keep lying to our faces - lying about the risk, the disease, prevention, the vaccine, everything. Denialism is an existential threat.

We are starting to wake up to this, but it’s going to take decades to change our education, media etc., and we don’t have decades before the next crisis (AGW) comes to a head. It’s already here. If our species fails, it won’t be a meteor that gets us. It will be denialism.

-
Trauma is also surgical crit care so I do about 1 in 4 weeks ICU. Sometimes its eICU.
