It’s a good thing they propensity scored it too, in the crude analysis it was 2x higher mortality, but matched, it appeared to simply do nothing.

Just to be clear about those complaining they didn’t study aith Azithromycin - they did that in the majority of all those other negative trials. Next will be wrong dose (higher dose higher mortality in Brazil trial) , then wrong window, then they’ll complain Pharma and cry.

Lets be clear, the data has been overwhelmingly negative, if not showing harm. This is a dead parrot. It has no place in treatment of symptomatic or severe disease. If they want to say ppx, thats another trial, and likely impossible to get the numbers or implement broadly.

People might think because I criticize Gilead that I’m in for conspiracism about trials. No. I was critical of their releasing data by press release, seemingly timed w/ a negative trial, and changing endpoints. That’s shennanigans, not falsification which is implausible CT.

Our review slide of HCQ/CQ data. Our takeaway: lots of accumulating data that does not show benefit and there has been harm particularly with high dose pic.twitter.com/99RcxXHxwL

It is very obvious that this drug needs bleach inhalation, Zinc pills and pulses of IV Lysol to work

Wondering if you've looked at any studies performed outside the US. Most countries are using HCQ early and/or for prophylaxis, rather than in severe disease as is the case in most of the US studies.

Most of these studies are from outside the US. It is doubtful it is being used as prophylaxis broadly due to shortages except in health care workers - currently under study in michigan.
