Mulvaney just said that Meals on Wheels is one of those programs "not showing any results"

  4. RTing myself only to note that this is a thread & to encourage those who think item 1 was my point to keep reading.

  5. Guard your ugly-ass tower yourself from now on.

  6. 7) All this combines to cut off local communities from easy access to info. As the GOP wants. Bc voters knowing stuff = Bad news for GOP. x

  15. Of course a president who's about three cheesesteaks from the crypt wouldn't care about the environment, but for the rest of us...

  16. Congratulations, fired intern. You went out strong.

  17. It is a vicious, ignorant, angry old man's view of the world: "America" must be great at all costs, but actual Americans are on their own.

  18. The Trump budget: Pour everything into defense while destroying much of what makes America worth defending.

  19. Annual federal budget... for the entire NEA: $148 million for the entire NEH: $148 million for military marching bands: $437 million

  20. Of course a President who's never read a book would be eager to eliminate the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
