False. Nate Silver @NateSilver538 of @538politics says: “there ARE enough ballots in question in NC-9 to potentially affect the outcome”. New election is the only way to solve this fairly.

Nate Silver is incorrect. In Bladen County there were 684 ABM’s returned. You cannot count requests as a counted vote if not returned. If you include Robeson there were 1,531 ABM’s returned combined. McCready would have to get over 59% of those to win. Robeson isn’t the focus.

Nate knows elections. Also there is a longer explanation why the election outcome is in play:https://twitter.com/natesilver538/status/1068643724551426049?s=21 …
-
More importantly, NC law demands a new election is there is likely fraud even if election outcome not in play (but it is as well)https://twitter.com/natesilver538/status/1068648710517809155?s=21 …

Man. That second dastardly sentence sure upends your first somewhat noble sentence.

There are more than enough absentee ballots requested that were not returned to make up the margin you “won” by. If those ballots were filled out, but destroyed that is also fraud.

This mother of 4 got 8 years for a small (maybe honest) voting fraud mistake, so if you only committed, say, 400 cases of fraud, that would only be... 3200 years in prison. Sounds fair.https://fxn.ws/2E2Rf4H

That’s ridiculous and absurd to suggest he go to prison for 3200 years for vote fraud!! It should be capped at 2100 years and not a day more. Where’s your Christian heart?

“I may have committed voter fraud, but it’s only a few hundred, send me to Congress already”

Election fraud. Not voter fraud which means a voter committed fraud.

Is it your position that voter fraud only matters if the alleged fraud actually changed the outcome of an election?

Dude, when Nate Silver shows your numbers are off, just agree, man, because you're not right. I mean, facts are things, dude.pic.twitter.com/nTelKWm2bx

I mean, seriously, your state already says you're supposed to have a new election if there is THE APPEARANCE of impropriety. Why are you against it, man? Are you scared you can't win in a fair fight. We've a name for folks like that....what is it what is it....hmmmpic.twitter.com/jrE64f9UBq

Very sad times. No honor. No integrity. No trust left in our public officials.

In other words. As long as you still win you are cool with it.
