      Water main? We’re looking at brown water and NO….not from a water main…..from the Potomac maybe but definitely not water main or it would be clear water not muddy.

          I think they’re flooding the underground tunnels using the Potomac and some of the water is finding its way to the surface. If it was raw Sewage it would smell bad and be a health hazard which would cause them to close off the area.
