This could be very controversial in this circle but it's my true belief and what my intuition tells me so I'm saying it because that's what tf I do: God is external. What he created in his form is internal.

Imo you're on the right path. Imo God is the very energy that binds all things together, all knowing, almighty, and always in control. Intelligence beyond understanding. Imagine something that wasn't created, where did it "come from?" You can't. This is obviously personal belief.
I think of God as kinda like our hard drives we store stuff that at least in our heads are never forgotten, I hear a lot of people say God is a supernatural being but if something is supernatural is it real? Or just in our heads collectively
