@chesaboudin and@ManoRajuPD. Chesa doesn’t have the manpower or experience to prosecute and get conviction. Meanwhile, the public defenders in SF love to set everything for trial all at once under D’s speedy trial rights and then waive time bc they don’t1 reply 0 retweets 1 like -

(2/x) Have the manpower to try all those cases either. One public defender will set five or more cases for trial on the same day. The only pt of which is to jam up the prosecutor, get wits and victims in court, and then they waive time bc PDs are not interchangeable and obviously

One PD cannot try all five cases they’ve set for trial. So prosecution witnesses and victims get annoyed and don’t want to come back. I’m sure Chesa and Manu are working together on this and this is all show.
