I would have to disagree with that. In construction you have things such as live/Dead load. 30+ people jumping is to much live load

Don't know if the apartment it new or old, knowing Denton,Tx. It might be 5 years or less. In lease they usually tell you the capacity you are allowed to have.

Good to know. I still think it’s bazaar how the floor collapsed. I know there is way more to the story than the video shows. Constant partying & jumping could weaken the floor I suppose. At the end of the day, I just hope everyone involved is okay.
