I doubt highly that she was simply sitting there quietly while being hit with racial slurs. I would be willing to bet she was acting physically confrontational which is ALWAYS considered more serious than name calling. Your tweet is a bit misleading.

Reading the LA times article.. it also makes absolutely no sense.. So she was assaulted because she was black by a man and wife team of racists? then she gets banned from games for filing a police report?? I'd wager, if that is the whole story, she has a really good lawsuit.
