I'm lucky, the shutdown is not a big deal for me, but PG&E is setting up one resource center in this county where 40k people will be impacted. These centers are meant to accept 100 people.

I get that weather is unpredictable, but I always lived next to this hill. How was the hill fine yesterday but now in the portion being shut down tomorrow? In other news, I moved my car out of the garage because no one will tell me if the midnight shutdown is for real.
