If that video is real-time, I doubt it is space debris as it looks a tad too fast and is of relatively short duration.

I looked at Bob Lunsford's video. Over 6 seconds, it moved an angular distance of ~35 degrees in the sky (5-6 deg/s). That is twice as fast as an object reentering from earth orbit should move at that sky elevation. So I think this is a very slow, grazing asteroidal meteor.
