A recommendation and a mandate are not the same thing. This administration's insistence on being wishy-washy is playing out in real time as being just as crap as the last one's response.
That map looks familiar 
So my county is dark red red and has 6 active cases! Really! 6!
How many people live in your county, how many non county residents from highly contagious neighbouring counties are you potentially going to meet in your day? It's not just about where you live, it's about who may visit your neighbourhood or stop whilst passing through.
So the @CDCgov expects us to check out the map before we leave the house, like we do the weather.

This is weak sauce, @CDCDirector but I hope it encourages @VDHgov @GovernorVA to issue some mandates. Especially for schools.
