      Image 1, 2 and 4 are based on inspirations without being planned beforehand. I drew the first one directly after a walk in the woods, where I saw lots of little piles of earth covered with grass. The ghosts were inspired by romantic dinner images from the maledives. :)

      me neither :D Idk where I saw these pics. Maybe pinterest or so. I didn´t search for them. Just popped up somewhere. I instantly love the mood and thought about, what I could do with the reference. There where pointy lanterns all around the beach. I gave them faces and BAMM ;)

      I should try doing that sometime. Just going out, snapping a few pictures that catch my interest, and pull something that sticks out at me and make it into a character or something!
