Yeah, I was shocked by these numbers, even they are "only" estimations. Thinking about, we´re just at the beginning of the hype is frigthening.

yeah, it´s totally crazy. If you want to see more of this stuff, use http://cryptoart.wtf and just press the shuffle button at the bottom. It´s an estimation site. Not exactly sure, how accurate it is. (not researched yet) But it definitelly sensifies for the issues.

Gosh, this is so shocking. Can I ask, how do you tell if it's NFT? Do you mind me asking what NFT stands for? (I'm hopeless with abbreviations and acronyms - I keep looking at "OC" with a bemused expression, then realise, of hey, that's what I do! Heh.)

Scrub that - ironically, a cryptoartist just popped up on my feed. Gosh, there's loads of it on Twitter! That's kinda scary, if every time someone buys into this thing, with the damage it seems to cause. And I go chuntering on about SUVs.

This is really insane! I actually don't really like crypto-art because it smells a bit too much like pretentious art which is less about the art and about just the value of money. I mean kudos to the artists who are cashing on this but...definitely not for me.
