What are you exactly doing with the lasso tool if you don’t mind me asking?

I select the shapes and autofill them with color. Simple, but effectice and fast, at least imo :)

Is there a reason you prefer the lasso tool over brush?

I render with brushes all day long for clients. For personal art with limited time it's the easiest and fastest way for me to do finished and crisp looking art. No brush changes, no edge controll stuff, no brush size changes, no blending... just filling shapes ... so relaxing
