I´m still one of the very very few Photoshop-Users, even I have CSP. 
With my more powerful PC I finally can use the smoothing-function for the brush-tool properly without any lags. And it´s cool!

I never felt I had to use other tool than Krita, it has it all. Super for line art and painting and many more features, even PS starts to implement them bit by bit. Adobe even sent a user researcher my way.
When I started digital art, CSP, Krita or Gimp didn´t even exist. Everyone, professional or not, used Photoshop or Paintshop Pro. My choice was Photoshop. A friend of mine, a photographer, gave me a copy back then so I was able to use it ;)

At least you did the "user research" xD I just got a pirated copy from a friend since even the "legal" stores here sold cracked CDs of them~

I worked with Photoshop since first versions in 90'. :D Yeah it was nice, he asked a lot about my workflow and about AI etc.
