Yes, he's back ! :-D It makes me think about the animation movie "9" not the subject but the attitude, if you haven't seen it yet, i highly recommended it, remember being blown away by the ambiance when i saw it.
Guess you mean this one. Have it in my dvd collection. Man, I havn't seen it in ages. But I loved it! Look at the pose!! I was surprised how similar it is to the swamp guy sketch.

Yeah... The movie has this special toony darkness combined with a eerie mysterious world. I love stuff like that
