They helped me a lot when I was beggining to post on twitter. I know some people consider them spammy but I really don't mind looking at my followings art over and over.
Thanks Carlos! Hehe I remember the first artshare I joined was yours, when you had your first 200 followers. And as a total newbie I thought, the "artshare" idea was yours. 
btw. Do you think, hosting artshares attracts followers more interested in shares than your art?

haha I remember as well! We were both beggining here I think. mmm could be, but I think most of them are for the art because I also get a lot of non-followers joining the art shares
