I had one similar experience as well. Damn, it was horrible. I researched the company while in this situation. The response took forever. Sometimes I wasn‘t sure, if I will get any response at all. I paid this experience with 5 hours of wasted time. And month later I saw the(1/2)
5 hours of work and many many tries getting a response via email over the timespan of a few couple of weeks.
