So I got a question cause I'm kinda at war with myself atm. I'm good at cartoons, (100% mine) it's what I do but I'm REALLY bad at 3D objects. If I find a object in the right angle I need, is it okay to trace it and use it in my work? (E.g the switch in my Pokémon piece)

Just 3d angles kill me man. I can never get the perspective right
and especially if I try and try and try without tracing and I get frustrated I give up

the good side of cartoons is, you have more freedom. Everything can be a bit more wacky or inaccurate. Give objects a more dynamic, sometimes a bit blown up look is and a not 100% right perspective will be fine for peoples. :) Look at really stylized cartoons, how they do it
