You think, as an artist it´s diffcult and timeconsuming to get a nice growing Follower Base on twitter. Then you don´t know Artstation yet? So hard to get some nice traffic there. -.-

IMO artstation is more for professional work and portofolio, while Twitter is something more casual and with the intention of connecting and sharing the process and the struggles behind the polished work we show on Artstation

Hey Justin, thats correct. It´s necessary to post high quality work there on a regular basis. But when you have work under NDA, it´s hard to do so. So you have to create lot´s of personal work on side to gain followers, which will help you to give your work more visibility

More visibility means a higher chance to be seen by companies having a nice artjob. And thats a the problem... you post something there and it will be seen by 30-50 people.. thats super low. Thats why I wrote the inital tweet. It can be frustrating at times

I understand that, but by knowing it that's why I personaly don't give much attention to the social aspect on Artstation since I've started it. Different platforms for different purposes I guess

But it doesn't mean people don't love your work, in fact your twitter is showing the opposite and that's great!
And you can always pin your best artwork from time to time here like you normally do2 replies 0 retweets 1 like
Huge thanks Justin! It´s less about people couldn´t like my work. :) It´s just, how fast your work get lost in the mass. Like in the appstores. Game is released and already lost in the mass of 100k competing apps.
