I'm really curious how you achieved this effect... it looks a bit like lasso painting, but each 'cel' of colour has this subtle outline... can you give us a hint, or does a magician never reveal their tricks? 
Hey Efraim, there is no real magic. Actually it´s a filter effect. I usually don´t use it, when doing rendering with brushes. But on this style it feels appropriate. Pushes the overall look. :) C&P the whole image into a new layer, Filter > find contures on multiply with 10-20%.
